# Archive
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/archiving
Archive helps you keep your inbox clean by moving conversations with no pending action to storage.
To archive a conversation, hit "E" or click the archive button. This works when you hover over a conversation in the list or when you are within a chat.
When you receive a new message in the conversation, it will automatically un-archive and go to the top of your inbox.
### Where to find archived conversations
There are 3 ways to find archived conversations
1. Using search to find messages will look for all conversations, including those in the archive
2. If you are in a label inbox, you can open the filter to show "All Including Archived"
3. Open the Archived inbox with the left side bar or useCmd + K -> "Go to Archive"
### What happens in LinkedIn
LinkedIn has an archive, and we move conversations there when you archive or set a reminder on a conversation in Kondo.
They will automatically unarchive in both LinkedIn and Kondo when you get a new message or a reminder is due.
# Attio
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/attio
### Overview
The Kondo \<> Attio integration allows you to
* Sync DMs to the People activity feed as notes
* Sync fields from Kondo such as labels, notes, and URL to Attio People properties
* Add links to Attio and other Attio fields to the Kondo side panel
### Configuration
1. To connect Kondo to Attio, go to Settings -> Integrations -> Attio or click [this link](https://app.trykondo.com/integrations/attio) to connect and authenticate with an Attio admin account
2. Configure mapping for Kondo -> Attio
* We map records in Kondo to Attio records by using the contact's LinkedIn URL as an identifier.
* Toggle 'Sync Messages' if you want to add DMs as Notes to the activity feed. If you leave this toggled off, only fields will sync.
* **Note on message syncing:**
* DM chats will sync as one Note with the entire conversation history. Updates to the note are triggered each time you step into a chat within Kondo
* Additionally, the latest message will be synced to a contact property whenever new messages are sent or received in Kondo
* Toggle 'Sync Contacts' if you want new Contacts to be created if one with a matching LinkedIn URL is not found.
* Edit optional field mapping below if you want to map other Kondo properties to your own Attio custom fields
3. Configure fields to pull from Attio -> Kondo
* Kondo will display a link to the matching Attio contact in the right side panel by default. You can optionally add additional fields to pull from Attio people records into the Kondo side panel.
# Extension bridge timeout
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/bridge-timeout
Seeing an "Extension bridge timeout" error? Try this first.
1. Open your browser's Extensions page (`chrome://extensions`, `edge://extensions`, or `brave://extensions`) in the same browser profile where Kondo is failing
2. Toggle Kondo **off**, wait 10 seconds, then toggle it back **on**
3. Refresh your inbox tab
If the error keeps coming back, you may have two Kondo extensions installed. See [Remove a duplicate Kondo extension](/duplicate-extensions).

# Clarify
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/clarify
The Clarify integration requires a Kondo Business plan and a Clarify workspace where you have an Admin role.
### Overview
The Kondo \<> Clarify integration allows you to
* Sync DMs to the contact activity feed as a single aggregated comment on the matching Clarify person
* Sync fields from Kondo such as labels, notes, and URL to Clarify contact properties (`kondo_*`)
* Add links to Clarify and other Clarify fields to the Kondo side panel
### Configuration
1. To connect Kondo to Clarify, go to Settings -> Integrations -> Clarify or click [this link](https://app.trykondo.com/integrations/clarify) to connect and authenticate with a Clarify admin account
2. Configure mapping for Kondo -> Clarify
* Records in Kondo are matched to Clarify contacts by LinkedIn URL (the Kondo UI labels this field "Profile URL"; it maps to Clarify's "LinkedIn" field).
* Toggle 'Sync Messages' to add DMs to the Clarify activity feed. If you leave this toggled off, only fields will sync.
* **Note on message syncing:**
* DM chats sync as a single read-only comment headed `LinkedIn conversation with [handle] (Synced by Kondo, read-only)` containing the full conversation history. Each message is timestamped in the format `[YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM AM/PM] Sender Name: message body`
* When new messages arrive on a previously-synced conversation, the existing comment updates in place and the contact moves to the top of the activity feed
* Toggle 'Create contacts if not found' to create a new Clarify person when no LinkedIn URL match exists.
* Set sync frequency. We recommend starting with **Manual only** until you're comfortable with what lands in Clarify.
* **Manual only** — sync runs only when you click *⚡ Sync conversation history* on a chat
* **Auto-sync labeled** — only conversations that have at least one Kondo label push automatically; unlabeled conversations never sync
* **All conversations** — every Kondo conversation pushes automatically, including new ones as they start
* Default Kondo -> Clarify field mappings are locked: `Kondo Ref → kondo_profile_urn`, `Kondo URL → kondo_url`, `Notes → kondo_note`, `Labels → kondo_labels`. These `kondo_*` fields are auto-created on your Clarify contacts the first time the integration syncs, along with a Kondo Comment ID field.
* Edit optional field mapping below to map additional Kondo properties to Clarify fields. **Headline** and **Profile Picture** map to Clarify's *Description* and *Avatar* by default; other fields (first name, last name, LinkedIn handle, latest message time, connected at, connected by, location, synced by email) default to unmapped. Clarify's enrichment fills name, company, and title once it has the LinkedIn URL, so most workspaces leave name fields unmapped.
3. Configure fields to pull from Clarify -> Kondo
* Switch to the *Clarify → Kondo* tab at the top of the Configure Clarify screen.
* Toggle **Enable CRM lookup** (on by default) to surface matching Clarify contact data in the Kondo side panel. With it off, no Clarify data appears in Kondo.
* Records are matched the same way in this direction: Clarify's *LinkedIn* field is matched to Kondo's *Profile URL*.
* Under **Fields to display in Kondo**, click *+ Add a Clarify field* to pull additional Clarify person fields into the Kondo side panel. No additional fields are configured by default — the side panel just shows a link to the matched Clarify contact until you add fields here.
### Syncing a conversation
* **Manual** — Open the conversation in Kondo and click *⚡ Sync conversation history* at the top right. Once the contact is added to the CRM, an *Open in CRM* link appears in the right side panel that takes you to the matched contact in Clarify.
* **Auto-sync labeled** — Apply any Kondo label to the conversation. As long as sync frequency is set to *Auto-sync labeled*, every labeled conversation pushes automatically; unlabeled ones are skipped.
* **All conversations** — Set sync frequency to *All conversations* and every Kondo conversation pushes automatically.
### Things to know
* Synced LinkedIn comments are visible to anyone with access to the Clarify contact record. Email and meeting permission controls don't extend to comments today.
* Synced comments are read-only inside Clarify. To edit or delete, make the change in Kondo and re-sync — the comment can't be modified directly in Clarify.

# 🧹 Clean Up My Inbox
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/cleanup
Decluttering your inbox of old inactive conversations will help you focus on those that need replies today.
To clear old conversations in bulk, use Cmd + K --> Clean Up My Inbox (Ctrl + K on Windows)
When you first connect your LinkedIn account to Kondo, you might have a large backlog of old conversations.
Select a time window, and Kondo will bulk archive all conversations older than that date
### What if I changed my mind?
You can restore archived conversations by going to the archive with Cmd + K > "Go to Archive" and selecting conversations to restore.
When you get new messages, conversations automatically un-archive and return to the top of your inbox.
Archived conversations are always findable in search.
### Does this keep running?
No, the clean up is a one-off action that happens only when you trigger it with the command, if you want to clean things up again, simply repeat.
# Command K
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/cmd-k
Ever wondering "where can I find ...?" or "how do I do ... again?" Try Cmd + K (or Ctrl + K on a PC) and type in what you want, you might just find it there.
For example, try:
* Cmd + K > Go to Archive
* Cmd + K > Remind Me
* Cmd + K > Clean Up My Inbox
* Cmd + K > Shortcuts
# Custom feed
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/custom-feed
You can open a custom feed of posts from select connections from Kondo
Select multiple connections in any inbox, then hit **Shortcut P** or **Cmd + K → Posts**
This will open a native LinkedIn search for posts from the selected contacts

# Remove a duplicate Kondo extension
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/duplicate-extensions
If voice notes, video messages, or media uploads are failing, or you keep seeing an "Extension bridge timeout" error, you may have two Kondo extensions installed at the same time. The older copy doesn't auto-update and can interfere with the working one.
This only applies if you signed up before April 15, 2026. Newer accounts can skip this page.
### How to check
Open your browser's Extensions page (`chrome://extensions`, `edge://extensions`, or `brave://extensions`) in the same browser profile where Kondo is failing.
If you see **two Kondo entries**, one is the duplicate to remove.
### How to remove it
1. Turn on **Developer mode** at the top of the Extensions page — this makes it obvious which copy is the unpacked one
2. Find the Kondo entry labeled **Unpacked** (or **Loaded unpacked**, often shown as v1.10.3) and click **Remove**
3. **Keep** the Kondo extension installed from your browser's extension store
4. Refresh your inbox tab
The remaining Kondo extension auto-updates on its own.
If the **Remove** button is missing or disabled, the extension may be managed by your IT or browser admin — [contact us](https://www.trykondo.com/contact) and we'll help.

# HubSpot
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/hubspot
### Overview
The Kondo \<> HubSpot integration allows you to
* Sync DMs to the contact activity feed as LinkedIn Message objects
* Sync fields from Kondo such as labels, notes, and URL to HubSpot contact properties
* Add links to HubSpot and other HubSpot fields to the Kondo side panel
### Configuration
1. To connect Kondo to HubSpot, go to Settings -> Integrations -> HubSpot or click [this link](https://app.trykondo.com/integrations/hubspot) to connect and authenticate with a HubSpot admin account
2. Configure mapping for Kondo -> HubSpot
* We map records in Kondo to HubSpot records by using the contact's LinkedIn URL as an identifier.
* Toggle 'Sync Messages' if you want to add DMs to the activity feed. If you leave this toggled off, only fields will sync.
* **Note on message syncing:**
* New messages sent or received while Kondo is open will sync to a LinkedIn message object in the HubSpot activity feed. If you leave Kondo and return later, only the latest / newest message will sync
* In addition, Kondo will create a Note in the HubSpot contact record with the entire history of the conversation. This note will update automatically whenever you step into a chat in Kondo
* Toggle 'Sync Contacts' if you want new Contacts to be created if one with a matching LinkedIn URL is not found.
* Edit optional field mapping below if you want to map other Kondo properties to your own HubSpot custom fields
3. Configure fields to pull from HubSpot -> Kondo

# Inbox Zero
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/inbox-zero
Kondo is built around an Inbox Zero workflow. That means treating your inbox like a to-do list and emptying it out regularly.
### Why would I want to do this?
If your inbox is a long endless list, you likely spend lots of time scrolling around looking for stuff, or trying to mark things as 'unread' or 'starred' to find them later. This is a huge waste of time.
Instead, we want to help you spend all your time *getting things done* instead of looking for things to do.
Inbox Zero makes life simple - every day, your goal is the same. Empty your inbox, and if you do that, you will be 100% sure you have not missed a thing.
### So what do I do?
Use the 3 main actions in Kondo to get your inbox to zero.
* Archive (shortcut "E") conversations you are done with (they will come back if you get a new DM)
* Snooze (shortcut "H) conversations you want to be reminded to return to later (they will return to the very top of your inbox)
* Label (shortcut "L") conversations you want to split into a different tab, *then archive or snooze them as well.*
### But I don't want to *delete* anything...what if it's important?
When you move your books from your desk to your shelf, are you deleting your books?
Think about archiving messages in the same way, we're not getting rid of anything for good, just moving them somewhere else, out of our to-do list.

# Labels
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/labels
To label a conversation in Kondo, click the 'Add Label' button in the right side panel, or use the shortcut L.
Each label you create will have its own separate inbox in the left side bar.
New messages in labelled conversations will show up in their own separate inbox, and in the All Conversations inbox.
### Customizing labels
Open the organize sidebar menu on the left to change the icons, name, color, order, and visibility of label inboxes
### Multiple labels
You can add as many labels as you want to a conversation. It will show up in each label inbox.
Labels can be used to create a 'group'. For example, you may have Leads, and want to further label them as Hot, Warm, and Cold:
### Archiving in a label inbox
After moving conversations to a label inbox, you can archive and set reminders on them the same way you would in the main inbox.
Conversations will automatically return to the label inbox when you get a new reply or a reminder is due.
You can also see all conversations including those you've archived by changing the filter setting:

# MCP
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/mcp-setup
Control your LinkedIn inbox from Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other MCP tools.
## Requirements
MCP is available on the **Business tier** and requires the Kondo browser extension.
* **Kondo browser extension must be installed and running** — MCP only works while a Kondo tab is open in your browser. [Install the extension](https://app.trykondo.com).
* **OAuth sign-in** — You'll authenticate with your Kondo account the first time you connect.
* **Data privacy** — Message data is accessed via your browser session. Command and response data passes through Kondo's relay in memory and is not stored. [Privacy Policy](https://www.trykondo.com/privacy).
## Setup
### Claude Code
Run this command in your terminal:
```bash theme={null}
claude mcp add kondo --transport http https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp
```
Then authenticate by running `/mcp` in Claude Code and following the sign-in flow.
### Claude (web)
1. Go to [claude.ai/settings/integrations](https://claude.ai/settings/integrations)
2. Click **Add more integrations**, then **Add custom MCP server**
3. Enter a name (e.g. "Kondo") and paste the URL:
```
https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp
```
4. Click **Add** and complete the sign-in flow
Start a new chat and Kondo's tools will appear in the tools menu.
### Claude macOS / Windows App
1. Open **Settings** > **Connectors** or **Customize** > **Connectors**
2. Click **Add Connector** and enter the URL:
```
https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp
```
3. Complete the sign-in flow to connect your Kondo account
### ChatGPT
Requires a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, or Edu plan. Plus/Pro users can connect via [Developer Mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/12584461-developer-mode-apps-and-full-mcp-connectors-in-chatgpt-beta) but cannot publish apps to a workspace.
A workspace Admin or Owner must first enable Developer Mode in **Settings > Apps > Advanced settings > [Developer mode](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/developer-mode)**.
1. In ChatGPT, go to **Settings > Apps > Create**
2. Enter the name `Kondo` and paste the URL:
```
https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp
```
3. Click **Create** and complete the OAuth flow to connect your Kondo account
ChatGPT will show a confirmation prompt before any write action (archive, label, draft, etc.).
Only Admins and Owners can publish apps for the whole workspace.
1. Go to **Workspace Settings > Apps**
2. Click **Drafts**, find Kondo, then click **Publish**
3. Review any safety warnings (Kondo supports write actions like archiving and labeling)
4. Once published, all workspace members will see Kondo in their Apps settings
On Business plans, apps cannot be updated after publishing — you must recreate and republish. Enterprise/Edu plans support updates and RBAC controls.
### Cursor
1. Open **Cursor Settings** > **MCP** > **Add new global MCP server**
2. Paste the following configuration:
```json theme={null}
{
"mcpServers": {
"kondo": {
"url": "https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp"
}
}
}
```
3. Save and restart Cursor. Complete the sign-in flow when prompted.
### VS Code (GitHub Copilot)
Create a `.vscode/mcp.json` file in your workspace:
```json theme={null}
{
"servers": {
"kondo": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp"
}
}
}
```
Open the Command Palette (`Cmd+Shift+P` or `Ctrl+Shift+P`) and run **MCP: List Servers** to start the server. Complete the sign-in flow when prompted.
### Other tools
Kondo's MCP server uses the Streamable HTTP transport. Any MCP client that supports this transport can connect.
Most MCP clients accept a JSON configuration:
```json theme={null}
{
"mcpServers": {
"kondo": {
"url": "https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp"
}
}
}
```
Some clients use `httpUrl` instead of `url` for Streamable HTTP (e.g. [Gemini CLI](https://geminicli.com/docs/tools/mcp-server/)):
```json theme={null}
{
"mcpServers": {
"kondo": {
"httpUrl": "https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp"
}
}
}
```
If your client only supports local stdio servers, use [mcp-remote](https://www.npmjs.com/package/mcp-remote) as a bridge:
```json theme={null}
{
"mcpServers": {
"kondo": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://relay.trykondo.com/mcp"]
}
}
}
```
## Examples

| "Find my connections at Acme Corp" | Searches your LinkedIn connections by company and lists matching people. |
| "Go through my chats from the last 3 days and set reminders for anything I need to follow up on." | Scans recent chats and identifies follow-ups. |
## Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
| --------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| No tools appear | Make sure a Kondo tab is open and the browser extension is active. |
| Sign-in fails | Revoke access in [Settings > MCP](https://app.trykondo.com/settings/mcp), then reconnect. |

# Voice notes, video, or media uploads won't send
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/media-wont-send
If voice notes, video messages, or audio/video file uploads aren't going through, here's how to get unstuck.
### Step 1: update Kondo to the latest version
* Open your browser's Extensions page (`chrome://extensions`, `edge://extensions`, or `brave://extensions`) in the same browser profile where Kondo is failing
* Find the **Kondo** card
Your browser auto-updates extensions in the background, so most of the time you'll already be on the latest. To force a check now, turn on **Developer mode** and click the **Update** button near the top of the Extensions page.
Reload your inbox tab and try sending again.
### Step 2: check for a duplicate install
If Kondo is up to date and sends still fail, you may have two Kondo extensions installed at the same time. See [Remove a duplicate Kondo extension](/duplicate-extensions).
***
Still stuck? [Contact us](https://www.trykondo.com/contact).
# Multiple accounts
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/multiple-accounts
Kondo does not support a unified inbox for multiple LinkedIn accounts.
This is because Kondo does not proxy your account (log in to your Linkedin on our servers), and does not receive or store your Linkedin message data. We do this to in order to minimize risk to your LinkedIn account and to keep your data private.
### So how would I manage multiple LinkedIn accounts with Kondo?
To manage multiple LinkedIn accounts with Kondo, you can set up separate chrome profiles for each of the accounts you'd like to manage.
Click the profile button in Chrome:
And create a new profile:
In the new chrome profile,
* Log in to your second LinkedIn account on linkedin.com
* Install the Kondo chrome extension at [app.trykondo.com](http://app.trykondo.com)
* Sign in to Kondo with a different email address (you'll receive a one-time login code)
Many agencies use email aliases to manage multiple Kondo accounts, e.g. [mitchell+client1@trykondo.com](mailto:mitchell+client1@trykondo.com), [mitchell+client2@trykondo.com](mailto:mitchell+client2@trykondo.com). Login codes for all aliases are delivered to your main email.
### Switching between accounts
Now, you can simply switch between Chrome profiles to access each Kondo / LinkedIn account you've set up
### Do I need separate subscriptions for each account?
No, you can add multiple accounts to the same subscription by adding to team: app.trykondo.com/settings/team
Adding multiple accounts to the same team will allow you to share snippets, labels, and integrations between accounts so you only have to set them up once.
# New connections
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/new-connections
The [connections](https://app.trykondo.com/connections) tab in Kondo allows you to see all your 1st degree connections on LinkedIn.
You can filter connections for those with no messages yet:
Or search by keyword to find specific connections to reach out to:
Keywords will fuzzy search the entire LinkedIn profile of a connection. You can add multiple keywords with a space in between e.g. "founders san francisco"
Try these types of keywords:
* Name (note that only first name, last name or full name will return results, partial name searches will not work)
* Company
* Job Title
* Location
# Notion
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/notion
Notion integration requires a Business tier plan to be enabled
### Step 1: Create a new Notion database
1. Create a new database
2. Create one column (any name / type will work)
3. Click ‘Share’ and copy URL
### Step 2: Paste in Kondo
* go to [app.trykondo.com/webhooks/new](http://app.trykondo.com/webhooks/new) or click on the ⚡ in the bottom right menu
* paste the URL
* Click “configure it here’ and grant access to the database
* Select your update preferences
* general-update checked: will update the sheet **every time there is a change** in Kondo e.g. new messages sent, received, labels or notes updated etc.
* general-update un-checked: will only update the sheet upon manual triggering of sync
### Step 3: Test and save
Scroll down and click ‘Test and Save’
### Step 4: Manually trigger a sync
Once you have at least 1 destination set up, you can trigger a sync by selecting a few rows and clicking the ⚡ button or with Cmd + K > Sync

2. When asked why you’re leaving, choose **Doing less DMs these days**.
3. On the next screen, select **Pause subscription**.
4. Pick how long to pause.
That’s it. Your subscription pauses immediately and resumes on its own when the period ends.
Want back early? Hit **Unpause now** anytime.
Questions about your plan? [Contact us](https://www.trykondo.com/contact).
# Reminders
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/reminders
Setting a reminder (shortcut H) temporarily archives a message, and returns it to the top of your inbox at the time it is due.
If you get a new message before it is due, the reminder will be cancelled and the conversation will return to the top of your inbox
Due reminders will appear with a purple indicator dot
### Setting custom reminder times
If you want to set a reminder for a specific time not on the default list, simply type a time period e.g.
* next wednesday
* in 4 days
* thursday 10pm
### What happens in LinkedIn
We move conversations to the archive in LinkedIn too, and bring them back when reminders are due. They will however not sort to the top of your LinkedIn native inbox

* We map records in Kondo to Salesforce records by using the contact's **LinkedIn URL** as an identifier. Point Kondo to the field in Salesforce you store LinkedIn URLs in.
* If a Matching LinkedIn URL is not found, Kondo will either not update anything or create a new contact, if you have the setting toggled on.
* Toggle 'Sync LinkedIn Messages' if you want to add DMs to the activity timeline. If you leave this toggled off, only fields will sync.
* Note on message syncing:
* New messages sent or received while Kondo is open will sync as completed Task objects in the Salesforce activity timeline. If you leave Kondo and return later, only the latest / newest message will sync
* In addition, Kondo will create a field Kondo LinkedIn History with a long text area containing the entire history of the conversation on the Salesforce contact record. This will update automatically whenever you step into a chat in Kondo
* Edit optional field mapping below if you want to map other Kondo properties to your own Salesforce custom fields
* Select sync frequency
* Auto-sync all: trigger a sync whenever a new message is sent, received, label is added, etc for all conversations
* Auto-sync labelled: trigger syncs only on labelled chats in Kondo (un-labelled chats in Kondo will never sync, use this for team members to not sync private messages
* Manual: Only syncs when the sync button is clicked
5. Configure fields to pull from Salesforce -> Kondo
* Kondo will display a link to the matching Salesforce contact in the right side panel by default. You can optionally add additional fields to pull from Salesforce contact records into the Kondo side panel.

# Sharing access
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/share-access
You can share access to your Kondo account with a teammmate or assistant so they can help you manage your inbox.
Common use cases include:
* Triaging messages by labelling them
* Adding notes to the right side panel (notes will only be visible to you + your teammate)
* Drafting messages (find drafts in the drafts inbox on the left side menu)
### How to share access
Your teammate / assistant will need
* your linkedin account logged in on their browser
* your kondo account logged in on their browser
You can both use Kondo at the same time, and changes will update live across devices.
### Do I have to share LinkedIn credentials with my assistant for this to work?
Yes, Kondo does not save your credentials or access your LinkedIn account from our servers, all connection to your LinkedIn account happens locally on your browser.
### Do I have to share email credentials with my assistant for this to work?
No. Kondo uses one-time login codes instead of passwords, so there are no email credentials to share. Your teammate just needs to enter your email address on the Kondo login page. This will send a one-time login code to your inbox, which you can forward to them so they can log in.

# SSO
Source: https://docs.trykondo.com/sso
Kondo supports SAML SSO on the **Enterprise plan** for teams that need centralized login through their identity provider (e.g. Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin).
With SSO enabled, your team signs into Kondo using their company credentials. Your IT admin controls who has access by assigning or unassigning the Kondo app in your identity provider.
### What SSO gives you
* **Centralized access** — IT controls who can access Kondo from your identity provider
* **MFA enforcement** — your company's MFA policies apply to Kondo logins
* **Automatic offboarding** — when someone leaves and IT disables their account, they can no longer sign into Kondo
* **New employee access** — employees get a Kondo account automatically the first time they sign in through SSO
### How to set up SSO
Reach out to us at [mitchell@trykondo.com](mailto:mitchell@trykondo.com) to get started. Here's what the setup looks like:
1. Your IT admin creates a **SAML app** for Kondo in your identity provider (e.g. Okta), using these URLs:
* **Single sign-on URL (ACS URL):** `https://yfcccyfridujjjlodvkz.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/acs`
* **Audience URI (Entity ID):** `https://yfcccyfridujjjlodvkz.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/metadata`
* **Name ID format:** `EmailAddress`
2. Your IT admin assigns employees to the app
3. Send us your **SAML metadata URL** and **email domain** at [mitchell@trykondo.com](mailto:mitchell@trykondo.com)
4. We enable SSO for your domain — your team can start signing in
Setup takes a few minutes once we have your metadata URL.
### How your team signs in
1. Go to the Kondo login page
2. Click **Sign in with SSO**
3. Enter your work email address
4. You'll be redirected to your company's login page (e.g. Okta)
5. Sign in with your company credentials
6. You'll be redirected back to Kondo, signed in
### Can my team still sign in with Google or Microsoft?
If SSO is enabled for your domain, your team will need to sign in through SSO. Signing in with Google or Microsoft will redirect you to the SSO flow.
### Does SSO work with any identity provider?
Kondo supports any identity provider that uses SAML 2.0, including Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, Google Workspace, and others.
### What about SCIM?
SCIM (automated user provisioning and deprovisioning) is not yet supported. Accounts are created automatically on first SSO login, and access is controlled by assigning or unassigning the Kondo app in your identity provider.
