# Pause subscription

Need a break? Pause instead of canceling — it keeps your labels, snippets, and notes, and you can come back anytime.

## How to pause

1. Go to [**Settings → Billing**](https://app.trykondo.com/settings/billing) and click **Cancel subscription**.
2. When asked why you’re leaving, choose **Doing less DMs these days**.
3. On the next screen, select **Pause subscription**.
4. Pick how long to pause.

That’s it. Your subscription pauses immediately and resumes on its own when the period ends.
