How to check
Open your browser’s Extensions page (chrome://extensions, edge://extensions, or brave://extensions) in the same browser profile where Kondo is failing.
If you see two Kondo entries, one is the duplicate to remove.
How to remove it
- Turn on Developer mode at the top of the Extensions page — this makes it obvious which copy is the unpacked one
- Find the Kondo entry labeled Unpacked (or Loaded unpacked, often shown as v1.10.3) and click Remove
- Keep the Kondo extension installed from your browser’s extension store
- Refresh your inbox tab
