Step 1: update Kondo to the latest version
- Open your browser’s Extensions page (
chrome://extensions,edge://extensions, orbrave://extensions) in the same browser profile where Kondo is failing - Find the Kondo card
Step 2: check for a duplicate install
If Kondo is up to date and sends still fail, you may have two Kondo extensions installed at the same time. See Remove a duplicate Kondo extension.Still stuck? Contact us.
