If voice notes, video messages, or audio/video file uploads aren’t going through, here’s how to get unstuck.

Step 1: update Kondo to the latest version

  • Open your browser’s Extensions page (chrome://extensions, edge://extensions, or brave://extensions) in the same browser profile where Kondo is failing
  • Find the Kondo card
Your browser auto-updates extensions in the background, so most of the time you’ll already be on the latest. To force a check now, turn on Developer mode and click the Update button near the top of the Extensions page. Reload your inbox tab and try sending again.

Step 2: check for a duplicate install

If Kondo is up to date and sends still fail, you may have two Kondo extensions installed at the same time. See Remove a duplicate Kondo extension.
